Homemade Breakfast Sausage

  1. 1. Place the chicken and all spices in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. 3. Heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the patties for 5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
  4. Note: You can also cook it in the pan as a crumbled sausage. To make this Italian style, substitute the sage for Italian seasonings and double the red pepper flakes.
