Flavored Waters
- 1/3 cups Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
- 1/3 cups Blackberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 1/3 cups Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 4 slices Lemon
- 4 slices Limes
- 4 slices Orange
- 1/3 cups Pineapple (Fresh Or Frozen)
- 1/3 cups Peaches (Fresh Or Frozen)
- 4 whole Basil Leaves
- 4 whole Mint Leaves
- Before bedtime, add any combination of fruit and herb leaves to a couple of quart jars of filtered water. Then place the jars in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
- Possible combinations:
- raspberries and mint leaves
- blackberries and mint leaves
- strawberries and lemon slices and mint leaves
- peaches and basil leaves
- citrus blend of lemons, limes, and oranges with mint leaves
