Nutella Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream together Nutella, softened butter, and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add corn syrup, water, and vanilla and mix until combined.
  4. Mix in the sifted, dry ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand, using a sturdy spoon. Eat some raw dough, if you're daring that way.
  5. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls 3 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheets (well, I think you'd want it greased-I love my Silpat and always use it) and bake about 9-11 minutes. Cool cookies on the sheet for a minute or two before moving to a cooling rack (but I guess there are other acceptable cooling options too.)

allpurpose, salt, baking soda, nutella, butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, syrup, water, vanilla, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips
