Apple-Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and ginger.
  3. In a blender, combine juice concentrate, oil, egg, raisins, dried apples and applesauce.
  4. Blend at medium speed until raisins and apples are chopped.
  5. Stir juice mixture into dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  6. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonful onto nonstick cookie sheets.
  7. Flatten each with a fork and bake 10 to 12 minutes until top springs back at your touch.
  8. Do not brown or crisp! Cool on cookie sheets before removing to rack.
  9. Yield:
  10. 3 dozen.
