  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place chopped apples in medium bowl. Drain cherries, saving juice.
  3. Add cherries to apples and set aside.
  4. In small saucepan, combine cherry juice, cornstarch, 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate and 1/4 cup fructose.
  5. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat; add almond flavoring and pour over fruit.
