Roasted Vegetable Medley

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. (Note: Add oil and spices after adding vegetables.) Blend mixture by hand to ensure that all vegetables are properly coated.
  3. Pour vegetables into an aluminum pan and place it into the oven. After 20 minutes, stir vegetables then let cook for the remaining 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
