Chicken With Cashews(Quick Recipe, 15 To 20 Minutes)

  1. Place oil in wok.
  2. Add garlic; saute 2 to 3 minutes (don't burn).
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Cook until no longer pink (5 minutes). Meanwhile, microwave broccoli (4 minutes).
  5. Cut up and mike again for 2 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli, cut up pepper and nuts to wok.
  7. Fry 2 to 3 minutes; add in sugar, oyster sauce, clam juice, pepper, salt and Tabasco.
  8. (These last 6 ingredients I usually have mixed in a cup and ready to go.)
  9. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  10. Serve over rice.
  11. (Try varying recipe by using shrimp instead of chicken or by adding other vegetables you may enjoy.)
  12. Serves 4.
