Linguine With Clam Sauce For Four

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling.
  2. Add garlic. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add parsley, clams and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1 minute more.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Stir in sour cream and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes more.
  7. Stir in peppers. Cook and drain linguine.
  8. Serve sauce over linguine with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
