- 3/4 cups Butter, At Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 3/4 cups White Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by spraying it thoroughly with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the eggs, softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with a mixer until creamy. Add cocoa powder and mix until it is mixed well. Beat in the salt, baking soda and flour.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and the semi-sweet chocolate chips. The mixture will be thick.
- Spoon it into the 9 x 13 inch pan and spread the mixture around until you have it completely and evenly covering the bottom of the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
