Halibut With Garden Style Marinara Sauce

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. Place steaks in a 2-quart square microwave-safe baking dish.
  3. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap; turn back one corner to vent.
  4. Cook on 100% power (High) for 4 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning and sprinkling with 1/4 teaspoon of the lemon-pepper seasoning.
  5. Let stand while preparing sauce.
