Baked Sweet Potato Fries With Greek Yogurt-Sour Cream Sauce
- 2 whole Sweet Potatoes
- Salt And Pepper And Garlic Powder, To Taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Enough To Drizzle Over The Potatoes As Desired
- 1/8 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/8 cups Sour Cream
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
- Cut the potatoes into roughly 1/2" thick fries and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder Toss to combine.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your fries.
- While the fries are baking make the sauce. Mix the yogurt and sour cream together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
- When done remove the pan from the oven and set it on a rack. Allow the fries to cool for a few minutes and serve with the sauce on the side.
