Overnight Italian Pasta Salad
- 1 box 16 Oz. Tri-color Spiral Pasta
- 1 whole Cucumber, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Thinly Sliced Green Onion
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Provolone Cheese
- 2 cups Halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Diced Salami (optional)
- 1 can 4oz. Ripe Olives (optional)
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl.
- Add cucumber, green onions, and green pepper. Pour Italian dressing over pasta and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Fold into the pasta mixture. Add provolone cheese and tomatoes. Add salami and olives if desired.
