Chrysanthemum Tea

  1. This makes enough to fills a 1-cup capacity teapot, to be refilled with boiling water until flavours have diluted (can usually be refilled 5-6 times).
  2. Place flowers, dates, berries, and honey date into a tea pot. Fill with hot water and leave to steep for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour into cups and serve with sugar or honey if desired. Refill teapot and repeat.
  4. Note: I know some people boil their tea on the stove top with rock sugar for about 15 minutes and serve it that way but I have never seen the need to do so, as I love to drink my tea warm. However, if you like yours cold, boil it on the stove top, strain, cool and serve with a few ice cubes. It's delicious that way, too!
