Stuffing Casserole

  1. Saute celery and onions.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook rice in the 4 cups of boiling water (per cooking instructions).
  4. After the 5 minute period, add stuffing mix, seasoning, soup, celery, onions, vegetables and mushrooms. Mix.
  5. Place in large casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Top with Mozzarella cheese slices (you might add cheese after baking for 15 minutes).
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
