Georgiana'S Stew
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut up
- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 2 small onions, cut up
- 8 small red potatoes (skins left on)
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 5 carrots, cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 fresh tomatoes, cut up or 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, cut up
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 c. water
- 1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
- 2 shakes cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- Cook in electric skillet at 350u0b0 for 2 hours.
- Add meat to water with seasonings and cook 1 hour.
- Add all other ingredients and finish for 1 hour.
- Some cooking times may vary.
- Stir occasionally.
- You may need to add a little water as needed.
