Oven Fries With Horseradish Cream
- FOR THE OVEN FRIES:
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 teaspoons Minced Chives
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 whole Baking Potatoes, Cut Into Fries
- FOR THE HORSERADISH CREAM:
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish, Drained
- 2 teaspoons Ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- For the oven fries, in a bowl, combine oil, chives, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add fries and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 425u0b0F for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- While the fries are baking, combine all of the ingredients for the horseradish cream in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Serve fries hot with horseradish cream on the side.
