Rustic Egg Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0F.
  2. Coat one side of each bread slice with butter. Place the bread slices on a foil-lined baking sheet, butter side down. Toast for 5-6 minutes, or until the bread just begins to turn golden brown.
  3. Place sliced bread on a serving plate. Arrange sliced eggs, tomatoes, green onions and cheese on top of each slice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve.
