Banana Bars

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Spray 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Beat sugar, sour cream, margarine and egg whites in large bowl on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
  4. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds.
  5. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Spread in pan.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown; cool.
  9. Cut into 2 1/4 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
