Cafe International'S Chicken Sicilian

  1. Dredge chicken strips in flour.
  2. Fry in deep fryer.
  3. Drain. Saute the garlic in heated olive oil until it softens.
  4. Add chicken, mushrooms, peppers, potato and seasonings.
  5. Heat until warm.
  6. Add brine from the cherry peppers jar, about 2 teaspoons. Add tomatoes and olives.
  7. Heat until warm.
  8. Serves 1.
