Linguini And Clam Sauce

  1. In medium saucepan, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Add both clam juices, wine, oregano, red pepper flakes, basil and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add clams and parsley.
  7. Return to a boil and remove from heat.
  8. Cook pasta.
  9. Pour clam sauce over linguini mix.
  10. Can sprinkle grated cheese on top.
