Strawberry & Kiwi Pops (Sweetened With Agave Nectar)

  1. Wash and disinfect the fruit. Arrange 9 plastic cups on a muffin tin.
  2. For the strawberry layer:
  3. Blend the strawberries, agave nectar and lime juice until smooth. Divide the strawberry mixture evenly among the plastic cups. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for 2 hours. When the strawberry mixture is slightly frozen, insert a craft stick into the center of each cup; it has to stand up straight. If it falls, let freeze for a little longer.
  4. After 2 hours, prepare the lime layer.
  5. For the lime layer:
  6. Mix the zest and juice of the lime with water and agave. Get the muffin tin from the freezer and pour evenly the lime mixture to make a second layer. Freeze again until hard, about 3 hours.
  7. For the kiwi layer:
  8. Blend all the ingredients for the kiwi layer. Pour the kiwi mixture over lime layer and freeze until solid, about 3-4 hours.
  9. When ready to serve, cut the plastic cups and gently pull each ice pop. Enjoy!
