S’Mores Blondies
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 1-1/2 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 8 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray, line with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl mix flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt until combined and set aside.
- In a large bowl beat butter and brown sugar. Stir in vanilla then stir in the eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in flour mixture until combined.
- Spread into the prepared baking sheet and bake on the center rack for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine the marshmallows and chocolate.
- After 30 minutes remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the chocolate and marshmallows on top of the blondies, put pan back in the oven and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve warm or cool completely and store in an airtight container.
