Burgundy Beef And Mushrooms(Microwave Method)

  1. Cut
  2. steak
  3. into
  4. 1-inch cubes and place in
  5. at
  6. quart casserole.tdd stock, wine, tomato paste,tarlic,
  7. bay
  8. leaf, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  9. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  10. Stir in mushrooms.tover
  11. and
  12. microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  13. Stir.
  14. Microwave on
  15. 30%
  16. (Medium-low) for 15 minutes, stirring midway through.
  17. Combine
  18. water
  19. and flour and stir into beef mixture.
  20. Microwave on
  21. 30% (Medium-low) for 10 minutes, stirring midway through cooking.
  22. Remove
  23. bay leaf. Serve over rice.
