Burgundy Beef And Mushrooms(Microwave Method)
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. beef stock (bouillon cube)
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. flour
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- Cut
- steak
- into
- 1-inch cubes and place in
- at
- quart casserole.tdd stock, wine, tomato paste,tarlic,
- bay
- leaf, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in mushrooms.tover
- and
- microwave on High for 5 minutes.
- Stir.
- Microwave on
- 30%
- (Medium-low) for 15 minutes, stirring midway through.
- Combine
- water
- and flour and stir into beef mixture.
- Microwave on
- 30% (Medium-low) for 10 minutes, stirring midway through cooking.
- Remove
- bay leaf. Serve over rice.
