Bbq Baked Beans
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Thick Cut Bacon, Diced
- 1 whole Sweet Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 cans (16 Oz. Can) Baked Beans, Any Brand, Any Flavor
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Beans With Jalapenos (or Any Other Type Of Bean)
- 1/2 cups Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Prepared Barbecue Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2. Open package of bacon and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook in a frying pan over medium high heat until crisp. Remove bacon. Drain all but 2-3 teaspoons of bacon fat.
- 3. Over medium heat, saute diced onion in bacon fat until translucent, approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- 4. In a large baking dish, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- 5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
