Alexia’S Favorite Cookie
- 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon (Do Not Omit This)
- 1 cup Butter, Softened (No Substitutes)
- 1-1/2 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Crushed Butterfinger Candy Bars
- 2/3 cups Toffee Bits
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Add to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
- Add in the chips, Butterfinger, toffee, and pecans. Stir until well mixed.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on the pan before moving to wire racks.
