Saturday Night Hot Chocolate
- 3-1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 wheels (3.3 Oz. Wheel) Abuelita Chocolate
- 1 bar (4.4 Oz. Bar) Hershey's Milk Chocolate
- 1 bar (4.4 Oz. Bar) Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Envelope) Hot Cocoa Powder (no Marshmallows)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Any (or All) Of The Following: Godiva White Chocolate Liquor, Frangelica, Kahlua, Or Bailey's Irish Creme
- Collect: everyone's car keys so they can't drive home after sipping this wonderful (evil) concoction.
- Heat: milk, cream, and vanilla in a double boiler or bain marie.
- Chop: the chocolate, keeping each kind separate.
- Add to the milk: half of each kind of chocolate and the spices.
- Melt: the first addition of chocolate through completely before adding the remaining chocolate.
- Mix: in the alcohol last, stirring constantly.
- Call: your diet consultant or priest or best friend. You'll be in chocolate heaven for the rest of the night.
