Chewy And Crunchy Homemade Granola
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 cubes Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cups Flaxseeds
- 1/4 cubes Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Coconut
- 1-1/2 cup Dried Cherries
- 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Good Maple Syrup
- Combine dry ingredients, except dried cherries, in a large bowl and mix together. In a small bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well together, using your hands to form small clumps. Pour mixture onto a large baking dish (jelly roll pan) and spread evenly. Bake in a 300-degree oven for 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes, mix granola around so it bakes evenly. Let cool for 5 minutes and then mix in dried cherries. Serve with milk, yogurt or by itself.
