Sausage Feta Quiche

  1. Cook sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain grease if necessary.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add sausage, feta cheese, vegetables, and garlic to bowl. Add eggs and milk and stir, making sure liquid coats everything. Add a dash of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, to taste.
  3. Put each of your pie crusts into a pie dish. Pour equal amounts of the egg mixture into each.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
