Sausage Feta Quiche
- 12 ounces, weight Breakfast Pork Sausage With SAGE
- 6 ounces, weight Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 whole Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Half-and-Half (or Heavy Cream)
- 1 dash Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg To Taste
- 2 whole Frozen Pie Crusts
- Cook sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain grease if necessary.
- In a large mixing bowl, add sausage, feta cheese, vegetables, and garlic to bowl. Add eggs and milk and stir, making sure liquid coats everything. Add a dash of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, to taste.
- Put each of your pie crusts into a pie dish. Pour equal amounts of the egg mixture into each.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
