Black And White Cookies
- 2-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2/3 cups Baking Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 sticks Softened Butter
- 2/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat your at 350 F and lay parchment paper down on two baking sheets.
- 2. In a medium sized bowl sift together your flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream together your butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Slowly add your flour mixture and mix to combine. Then fold in your white and milk chocolate chips.
- 3. Drop by the tablespoon onto your prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove pan from oven and set on a cooling rack to cool for a few minutes before moving the cookies to the rack to finish cooling.
