Sausage Gravy And Biscuits… Oh My!

  1. Brown the onion and sausage in a deep saucepan at medium heat. Once the meat has browned, don't drain the fat. I told you this was going to be good!
  2. Stir in the flour and cook on low heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the half-and-half and add all the seasonings. Okay, I have to admit it, you could use whole milk or any milk of your liking, but it isn't going to be as good unless you use the half-and-half. Trust me.
  3. After you add all the goods, turn the heat up to medium and stir the gift from God until it boils and finally thickens to the perfect gravy.
  4. Serve with biscuits. Enjoy!

onion, sausage, flour, ubc, poultry seasoning, salt, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, liquid smoke
