Peanut Butter Pie With Chocolate Covered Pretzel Crust
- 2 whole 9" Pie Crusts
- 2 cups Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Roughly Chopped, Divided
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Whipped Cream, Divided
- 1. Make pie crusts. Mix 1 1/2 cups chopped pretzels, sugar, salt, and melted butter together in a medium bowl. Chocolate will begin to melt slightly. Mix until well combined. Press into two buttered 9-inch pie plates. Set aside.
- 2. Beat creamed cheese until fluffy. Add confectioner's sugar, milk, and peanut butter and continue mixing until creamy.
- 3. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream and pour into prepared pie crusts.
- 4. Freeze until about 15 minutes before ready to serve.
- 5. Allow to thaw and top with remaining reserved 1 cup whipped cream and 1/2 cup pretzel pieces prior to serving.
