Savory Indian Style French Toast

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs for 2 minutes. Add milk and whisk for another minute. Add onion, potatoes, cheese, chili flakes and salt to the egg mixture and whisk for another minute till everything is well combined.
  2. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Dab it with oil and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Take a slice of bread, soak it in the egg mixture on both sides, and place it on the heated pan for 1 minute. Flip the slice to the other side and cook for another minute. When both sides are golden brown, it's ready to serve.
  4. Serve hot.
