Chocolate-Chip Almond Cookies
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Softened Butter
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups White Baking Chips
- 1/4 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cups Chopped Almonds
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Then in a large bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract;. Mix in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and almonds.
- Drop balls of the dough onto a prepared baking pan. Bake at 375u0b0F for about 10 minutes. Cool before enjoying!
