Scotch-A-Roos
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (12 Ounce Bag)
- Cook light corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until sugar dissolves and mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, mixing well. Add Rice Krispies and lightly toss until well coated.
- Press cereal mixture into a greased 9x13 cake pan and set aside.
- Now, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in a small microwave-safe bowl, until completely melted and smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and spread evenly. It will take a while for the chocolate to set, but if you can't wait to taste one make sure you have a napkin ready!!
