Refrigerator Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Beat sugar, corn syrup and margarine in large bowl.
  3. Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Set aside. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  5. Add to sugar mixture; mix well.
  6. Form dough into 2 (1 1/2 inch wide) rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Freeze 1 hour.
  8. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  9. Cut dough into 1/4 inch thick slices; place 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  10. Sprinkle with cookie decorations, if desired.
  11. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden brown.
  12. Cool on wire racks.
  13. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
