Peppermint Bliss Bark
- 12 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Crushed Oreos (Measure After Crushing)
- 1/2 cups Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes (Measure After Crushing), Divided
- 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Melted
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a silicone sheet.
- Place the semisweet chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Add the mini marshmallows, crushed Oreos and half of the crushed candy canes into the melted chocolate and stir until combined.
- Tip the mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread out until level. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top of the mixture.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate all over the bark and leave to set. You can put it into the fridge, but the chocolate will lose its shine; I just left mine out on the side for 4 hours and it set up perfectly.
- Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container, at room temperature, for 3 days.
