Seafood Seasoning

  1. Because I don't have ground bay leaves, and have to put them through the Magic Bullet anyway, I just put all the spices in the Magic Bullet and let it run until the bay leaves are fully ground.
  2. Store in a Ziploc bag in the freezer.
  3. Thawed whitefish can bake tossed in the spice and cooked like you normally would cook fish. (As this is part of my HCG diet, I cook it on the George Forman Grill.)
