Seafood Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Bay Leaves
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Celery Seed
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Grounds Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- Because I don't have ground bay leaves, and have to put them through the Magic Bullet anyway, I just put all the spices in the Magic Bullet and let it run until the bay leaves are fully ground.
- Store in a Ziploc bag in the freezer.
- Thawed whitefish can bake tossed in the spice and cooked like you normally would cook fish. (As this is part of my HCG diet, I cook it on the George Forman Grill.)
