Hickory Country Style Marinade For Ribs Or Chicken
- 4 pounds Meat (chicken Or Pork Ribs)
- 1-1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cups Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Place meat in a roaster size pan. In another bowl, mix
- together all the rest of the ingredients (except meat). Pour over cleansed meat, in your roaster pan, cover and marinate in the refrigerator, turning occasionally, for 24 hours.
- Place presoaked hickory chips onto hot BBQ coals. Then grill meat, turning occasionally and brushing occasionally with the marinade, until done to perfection.Mmm good!
