Sugar-Free Fruit Cake

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Mix remainder and add to first bowl.
  3. Line bottom of baking dish with pecans.
  4. (Also put some on top.)
  5. Bake in 2 greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pans for 35 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
  6. Best if sealed and refrigerated for 2 days.
