Party Pineapple Pork

  1. Mix batter of first 4 ingredients.
  2. Coat meat cubes in batter and deep fry until crisp.
  3. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside. In a large pan, pour juice from pineapple, cherries, water, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
  4. Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Add pineapple, cherries and green pepper.
  6. Boil 1 minute more, add thickening of cornstarch and water.
  7. Pour mixture over pork.
  8. Bake, covered, about 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  9. Serve with fried rice and egg foo yong.
