Chicken And Dressing Bake

• 1 c. water
• 1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
• 1 (10 3/4 to 11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 c. diced chicken
• 1 c. drained, cooked, chopped broccoli
• 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
• 1/4 c. butter/margarine
• 1/3 c. milk
• 2 stalks chopped celery
• 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

1. In a 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water and butter to boiling.
2. In large bowl, pour hot water over stuffing mix.
3. Toss to mix well.
4. Pat 1/2 of the stuffing mix into the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
5. In a second bowl, stir together soup, mayo, milk, chicken, celery, broccoli and seasoning until well mixed. Spoon evenly over stuffing mix; top with remaining stuffing.
6. Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
9. Makes 6 servings.
