4 Bean Salad
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Green Beans
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Wax Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Sliced Thinly
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate, Thawed
- 1/4 cups Water
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Combine all beans and onion in a bowl.
- Prepare dressing by whisking together the vinegar, honey, apple juice concentrate, and water until well blended.
- Pour dressing over beans and onion, mixing well.
- Cover and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes and toss again before serving.
- This can also be made with fresh beans (steam for 5 minutes) and/or cooked dried beans.
