Breakfast In A Blanket

  1. Cook eggs to your liking, season to taste. Set aside. I hard boiled eggs the night before, so I was able to just peel, slice and salt them.
  2. Heat cook-and-serve sausage links, per package directions.
  3. Press each biscuit flat and stretch edges to make a large circle to fill with breakfast items. Add several strips of seasoned egg, 2 sausage links, and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll biscuit up and around breakfast items and press to seal. Sprinkle each roll with a dusting of garlic powder.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0F for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  5. Serve dipped in a cream gravy or ketchup. Tastes great plain, too. Add sauteed peppers or switch to crumbled sausage. The possibilities are endless!
