Pepper Steak(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)

  1. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter or margarine for 1 minute.
  2. Add the onions and green sweet peppers; stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Transfer the vegetables with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
