Rice Dish
- 1 c. rice
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- any kind of leftover meat (chicken, steak, roast)
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
- Cook rice ahead of time and let dry.
- Fry bacon until crisp. Take out of pan and drain.
- Pour up part of grease.
- Hard scramble eggs.
- Take up.
- Put remainder of grease back in skillet.
- Chop leftover meat in small pieces and put in skillet with onion, celery, carrots and green peppers.
- Cook until done.
- Put rice, bacon and eggs back in skillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger and Accent.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce.
