Cherry M&M Blondies
- 2/3 cups Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 bag Cherry Flavored M&Ms, 6.6 Oz Bag
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Put butter into a large microwave safe bowl and melt it (heat for 30 seconds at a time until melted) . Stir in sugar and then stir in the eggs. Stir in extracts.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan (batter will be thick.)
- Press M&M's onto the top of the blondies. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from the side of the pan and a toothpick inserted in the center only pulls out a few crumbs. Remove from oven. Blondies will soft in the center.
