Simple Caesar Salad With Hearts Of Romaine
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced And Mashed To A Paste With 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Good, Quality Mayonnaise
- 1 head Romaine Heart Lettuce
- 1/2 cups Freshly Shaved Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, add the garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise and process to make a smooth dressing. Plate 3 0r 4 romaine leaves on each plate drizzle with dressing and top with shaved parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.
