Simple Caesar Salad With Hearts Of Romaine

  1. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, add the garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise and process to make a smooth dressing. Plate 3 0r 4 romaine leaves on each plate drizzle with dressing and top with shaved parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.
  2. (Refrigerate the dressing if not using it immediately.)
