Marble Cake

  1. Cream butter well.
  2. Add sugar, a little at a time.
  3. Add egg yolks, one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla; beat until very fluffy.
  5. Add rum.
  6. Beat again.
  7. Slowly add flour and milk, alternately, a little at a time until all used up.
  8. Beat egg whites until very fluffy and fold into other mixture.
  9. Put 2/3 of mixture into greased baking pan (Bundt).
  10. To the remaining 1/3 of mixture, add the cocoa mixture and put it on top of the other mixture in the baking pan.
  11. With a fork or spoon, make marble design.
  12. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
