Grandma’S Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 package (small 4-serving Size) Vanilla Pudding
- 2-1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Chocolate Chips
- Cream together the sugars and butter. Mix in the vanilla. Next add the eggs and beat well. Then add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Then add the vanilla pudding. Mix. Then add the oatmeal (I like to leave 1/2 cup of the oatmeal regular and grind up the other 2 cups in a blender) and mix. Then add your chocolate chips.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 1/2 minutes.
- Variations to chocolate chips: orange slices cut up into pieces, m&ms, sprinkles, Reese's pieces, or butterscotch chips. Use your imagination!
