Carrot Apple Salad With Yogurt Dressing

  1. In a large bowl toss together the shredded carrots, apples, celery, raisins and pecans.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt, orange zest, orange juice, honey and cinnamon. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is coated.
  3. Notes:
  4. - This salad is best served and eaten in the same day.
  5. - If you are planning to make the salad more than an hour in advance, wait to add the pecans so that they stay crunchy.
